Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. It is OK to change your mind even after using your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be shipped in similarly protective packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@copperandcedar.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item that you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can provide a replacement as soon as possible. We provide a warranty on all of our products. We will provide a shipping label, and you will need to ship the damaged product back to us.
